About the Appraiser.............

M. Alex Tyndall

After graduation from Auburn University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction, Alex spent the next thirty years in the construction industry. During this time, he was instrumental in the development and management of several successful commercial building construction companies. These companies were heavily involved in the health care industry construction throughout the southeast and the majority of the United States.

As a second career, in 1998, Alex pursued the areas of Real Property Appraisal and Home Inspection business ventures. He is licensed in the States of Georgia and Alabama as a Certified General Property Appraiser with over 10 years of real property appraisal work and actively engaged in appraisals of Commercial, Investment, and Residential Real Properties as well as managing Commercial Property and Residential Home Inspection Services. He is an FHA Fee Appraiser and a HUD Fee Inspector and until 2006, was a licensed residential builder in the City of Columbus, Georgia.
